Private Companies

Private Companies get free membership to access Institutional Investors, with the potential of funding capital, plus privileged connections and discounted services from some of the world’s leading Professional Advisers

 

For qualification purposes, Private Companies are required to have the following to onboard:

  • >$10m of revenues and/or Intellectual Property (IP)
  • double digit growth
  • looking to raise >$10m of Series A-Z capital

 

The Growth Stage is a global platform, with no particular industry bias - although all our companies are technology enabled. We currently support 80+ Private Companies based in the USA, UK, Ireland, Portugal, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Poland, Israel, UAE, Japan, Taiwan, Australia and New Zealand - who are looking to raise over $1bn in the next 12 months

 

Private Companies with membership to our platform get unique benefits, whether they are raising capital or just looking to engage with Investors:

Companies can advertise their pitch deck and teaser video for an unlimited time period, allowing Investors to get comfortable with the management team ahead of a funding raise 
As management prepare to raise capital, our Advisers are lined up with their specific deal transaction expertise, securing added Investor confidence
When Companies receive a green light to raise capital, access to the world's largest pool of capital is made available, with the lowest fees

 

Our platform is free for Private Companies to join, and it only takes 3 steps:

Step 1:  Register as a New Company and complete the online Company Registration 

Step 2:  Following approval of your membership, upload your company presentation, introductory video and management contact details. With our membership firewall this can only be viewed by our regulated Institutions and Advisers - not by other Companies, or the public

Step 3:  Choose your funding stage, using our traffic light system
