After another record year of deals, we have recently onboarded several new growth stage companies in Germany, so we are also delighted to welcome Armin Heuberger (ex UBS) to our Frankfurt based team, alongside Jörg Prüßmeier. We look forward to supporting private companies and investors in the DACH region, including supporting the Private Markets Conference at the Frankfurt School of Finance again in 2026, co-hosted by Deutsche Börse.
We have also closed Secondary and Early Stage transactions this year, both new features with our latest deal technology. AI powered financial modelling and M&A Advisory have also been recently added to our services.
