We are part of the UK Govt's Dept of Business and Trade delegation at Boston Fintech Week 15-19 Sept, and seeing many of our Strategic Partners (EY) and Institutional Investors at the event.
We are also opening our New York office, with Greg Bunn joining the team, who has significant experience from his years at Citadel, Blockchain, HSBC and Deutsche Bank.
Fintech investment opportunities have continued to be a focus for The Growth Stage (we have advised another 3 successful fintech deals this year), so we are excited to attend our Strategic Partner’s Apex Group Ltd Lausanne event, 22-24 Sept, with a day dedicated to the digitisation of finance, with support from hundreds of Institutional Investors.
We’ll be cheering on the Apex sponsored SailGP team racing on Lake Geneva; recent speeds of 55 knots (103 KPH) on the water were not recorded at the The Growth Stage Seaview Regatta this summer, so our crews are still waiting for the call up! The winner of our Regatta was the Founder of one our companies who also successfully sold his eCommerce business this year - so a double celebration for him.
